Coaching Terms and Conditions

1. General Terms

These terms govern the provision of coaching services within individual sessions and ongoing support programs.
Coaching is a form of professional support and does not replace psychotherapy, medical treatment, or any other form of healthcare. Participation in coaching is voluntary.

2. Scope of the Agreement

The subject of this agreement is the provision of coaching services in the form of individual sessions and support programs.
The content and structure of the work are defined individually, based on the client’s needs and request.

3. Format and Delivery

Sessions are held online or in person by prior arrangement.
The duration of one session is typically 60 to 90 minutes, unless otherwise agreed.
For in-person sessions, the location is arranged in advance.

4. Responsibilities of the Parties

The coach provides professional support within the scope of their competence.
The client bears full responsibility for their decisions, actions, and results arising during and after the coaching process.
Coaching does not guarantee any specific outcomes.

5. Payment

Payment is made in advance, in full or in accordance with the agreed terms.
Payment confirms the booking of a session or participation in a program.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling of Sessions

Cancellation or rescheduling of online sessions is possible no later than 24 hours before the scheduled time. If cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance, the session is considered completed and is charged in full.
Cancellation or rescheduling of in-person sessions is possible no later than 48 hours before the scheduled time. If cancelled or rescheduled less than 48 hours in advance, the session is considered completed and is charged in full.

7. Missed Sessions

If the client does not attend a session without prior notice, the session is considered completed and is non-transferable and non-refundable.

8. Package Validity Period

Session packages are valid for 6 months from the date of payment.
After this period, any unused sessions expire and are non-refundable.

9. Confidentiality

All information shared during the process is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties, except where required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

Coaching is not a medical or psychotherapeutic service.
The coach is not responsible for the client’s physical or psychological condition, nor for any decisions made during or after the process.

11. Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure (such as illness, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances), the session will be rescheduled by mutual agreement.
For in-person sessions, if any actual costs have been incurred (e.g., venue rental) that cannot be canceled, these costs are payable and non-refundable.

12. Online and In-Person Terms

The client is responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection for online sessions.
For in-person sessions, the client agrees to adhere to the scheduled time. In case of lateness, the session may be shortened without compensation.

13. Termination of Cooperation

Either party has the right to terminate the cooperation.
Any applicable refund terms are agreed upon individually.

14. Governing Law

All legal relationships are governed by the laws of Austria.
