My journey in coaching didn’t begin as a profession. It began with personal processes where I had to stop and truly look at my life.
From those points where it’s no longer possible to continue the way I used to.
Where familiar bearings stop working, and you can no longer rely on what once seemed stable.
It’s an experience that requires rebuilding yourself, defining what truly matters, and finding your own direction—not “the right way,” but your own.
I know what this feels like—not from theory, but from within. It can’t be faked.
And it’s this experience that shapes the way I work today:
